Ajay Singh, Founder & Managing Director (MD) of Shivam Apparels is an Economics Graduate with a specialization in Garment Designing from National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT), Delhi and PGDA in Leather Technology from Central Leather Research Institute (CLRI). He has worked with diverse foreign clients and has an experience of over 25 years in production, procurement, quality control and management of leather.
His experience has made him one of the leading exporters in the country. His products have reached Europe, the USA and Canada and his long-term vision remains to work with top International clients and brands. He’s a leader and believes in working with his team for their development and growth. He hopes to create a culture and movement of leaders in the leather sector.
Shalini Singh, Head of Design & Concept of Shivam Apparels is a bachelor’s in Commerce and master’s in International Law from Stella Maris College, Chennai & National Institute of Advanced Studies, Bangalore, respectively. Additionally, Shalini has completed a course from the London School of Fashion on Fashion Blogging & Design Concept. She has a combined experience over 4 years from corporate giants such as Goldman Sachs and BNP Paribas.
She has done several projects on Economic Research, Consumer Behavior & International Affairs in association with institutes such as the World Bank and the United Nations Organization. Shalini’s strategic vision for Shivam Apparels’ growth is exemplary and her driven personality gives the company enthusiasm and compelling leadership. She has represented the company on several occasions, the most recent being the Leather Fair 2020, Chennai by the Council for Leather Exports & India Leather Days held in Germany, November 2019.

Adequate fire safety norms are followed and fire safety equipment has been installed at all our production facilities. In addition, regular training is provided to our staff on how to handle the necessary fire fighting equipment, in case of an emergency.
